B. 4310 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §61-7-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the review and consideration of concealed weapons permit applications; making gun permits and applications confidential except for law enforcement purposes; and adding requirements to the review process to insure that an applicant is not prohibited under the provisions of state or federal law from the receipt or possession of a firearm.”
